Calling all Spring 2011 Bride - to - Be's!!

Hi,

Mines 23/04/2011 and all i've done is book the venue!! Can't book the registrar as you can't do it more than 12 months in advance, can't decide on a colour scheme . My uncle who is a graphic designer is in the process if designing the invites. I've tried a few dresses on and seen quite a few from the 2010 collections that i want to try on. My problem is i can't decide on the colour. I looked at yellow and thought of having daffodils but not sure my younger bridesmaid (sister age 13 going on 21) was too keen!! lol

Hi Steph - Daffodils are lovely!! - im going for tulips!- ive not told the bridesmaids yet - having a dinner at mine in a few weeks as a get together going to tell all then! x

Have bought my dress (hiding at my friends house!)

Am still deciding on colours at the moment but am planning my invites in ivory at the moment.

Hi Mine is 22 May 2011, Only got the Venue booked so far but have loads of ideas ready!

My colour scheme keeps changing have gone from gold to purple and now on pink/cerise, really cant decide!

Bought my shoes off ebay too £13.00 bargain!!

Ours is 1st february 2011 so winter really but thought id post anyway!!! we've booked the venue and thats it. Got lots of ideas too, but hoping to get going with the planning a bit more after the wedding show in newcastle at the end of this month.

I am getting married 2nd April 2011 and all I have done so far is booked the venue, registrar, photographer and singer! It feels like nothing in comparision!

I am currently having a coulour scheme crisis! We were having black and gold (like the sam sparrow song! lol!) but have now decided we should go for a more 'Spring-like' colour!

Trouble is, I don't know WHAT spring colour(s) to have!!!! EEEKKK!!!

I've gone from multicoloured brights (purple, red, orange, yellow, green)... to pink & green... to turquoise & brown... to pink & brown... to purple & ivory!

Im may 7th 2011 and have sorted:

registry office and registrar

nearly sorted the venue!

booked the tog

decided what cakes we're having

chosen bm's and best man and decided on one reading

have chosen my dress

have chosen my colour scheme

decided on favours

had a think about flowers

getting there slowly! my priority now is sorting out my venue which i am chasing up but am giving them the benefit of the doubt atm due to xmas and the bad weather

Eeeekkkk its so exciting all of this!!

ahhh - favours are also now sorted for me, centrepieces are finally finished - i have now given myself the job of making the candles as i cant find any tulip shaped candles in yellow or white ANYWHERE on the internet!!

be a nice little task for me though tee hee - am thinking of having silk flowers now too for mine and the BM's bouquets, they can hen keep them afterwards which will be a nice touch - Rainbow wedding flowers site looks amazing

i cant stop staring at my chosen dress on the internet - if i look at it much more i think ill crack!!!
