Hi,
I recently posted in here saying I'd made the commitment to loose weight and that cuz I work 13/14 hour days and it's more out of laziness than anything else my diets have failed before, from what I have read, I think the cambridge diet could be a definate possibility for me.
Has anyone else been on this diet or have any information advice on it? I'd like to be as informed as much as possible before I take the plunge and start living off shakes!
