Can anyone give me a very rough taxi cost?

I'm off to Reading tonight and I need to get a taxi from the station to the place I'm staying. They've put in the details that's it's 7 miles but I have no idea how much money to take to pay for it.

Anyone know if I should take £10, £20 or more than that?

If we get a taxi from our station which is about 5-6 miles away it is normally around £10-12 so I'd allow £20 to be on the safe side

I got a cab from Reading station to my parents' house, 15 miles away, recently. It was £45. I'd therefore allow £20 or so.
