Can anyone recommend a good guest list download?

Lizzywills, 4 May, 2014 at 18:15 Posted on Planning 0 5

I've decided I need to be more organised (now that I've sent my invitations) and want to move on my my bit of A4 with highlighter/pen/pencil all over it and put everyone on a spreadsheet so I can mark their responses etc.

i downloaded one but it wasn't great, bit too much nonsense on it, anyone using a good one?

I'm using a app called 'Wedding Planner' for ipad. It has helped me sooooo much. You can keep a track of guest, RSVPs, and do a sort so that you can look for specific groups e.g female evening guests of the bride; then you can check who's replied. In addition to that, you can keep a track of spending by putting in suppliers and due dates for things to be paid. Once you put in your budget, it can tell you how much you have left (or how much you've gone over!) Then there is a 'to-do' list where you can create sticky notes. You can email it all too if you want to share with you BMs or OH.

It is genuinely the best app I've ever bought (H2B fully agrees!) ?

Thanks ladies. I'm going to have a look at both, one that works with iPad sounds good, it's so convenient to do it all with my feet up on the sofa!

I did it the old fashioned way. Tick list for RSVPs and did the table plan with paper circles and the place cards.
