Can anyone recommend a relaxing hotel in uk?

It doesn't matter where, location wise. Ideally by the sea but not bothered! Needs to have large comfy beds, a bar (Preferably late opening and not shutting at 10pm!). Also needs to have a large, relaxing sitting room - maybe with lots of books and games and somewhere where we can be anonymous and not be hassled by the staff! H and I are both quite stressed at mo! Would be good if it had a swimming pool, maybe a spa? Budget - probably £150 - £180 per room, per night. Any ideas? Thank you all very much!
