Can someone help me find a song please?

I heard it earlier but with the children shouting I'm not sure if they said who it was. Anyway it's a man singing, rather catchy tune and for some of it it has a woman singing. I think it's someone like Leon Jackson or Michael Buble but I've had a look at some of their tracks and I can't find it. I think part of the lyrics have step by step...

Any ideas at all?

Thew new Leon Jackson song has a woman singing at the beginning and at the end. Don't know what it's called though....
