    Black with a red sash?

Forgive me if this is a dumb question, but if you want teal and don't want red, why did you choose a dress with red in? And is it possible to have the red in your dress changed to teal, or is it already ordered and too far down the process?

I actually think those colours go really well together - I love teal/red or Turquoise red combos - heres a few ideas:

    22 tango I love it!

To the OP - I would say that if your dress has red in it but the BMs are in teal then it would be great to have other items (decs, flowers etc) in teal and red to bring it all together. Just like the pics 22tango posted!

22tango, those pics are lovely! The colours really do look nice together.

The other option you could go for, if you think red is a bit too much for your bridesmaids, is to maybe have them in red tea length dresses and then put cream or ivory sashes round them, to break it up a bit? That would work really well against your dress I think, and then maybe you could work teal/turquoise into other elements of the wedding like the flowers or table decs.
