This is my first attempt. It's only on standard paper (And you can still see the dashed pink lines I used to to cut it out) but I'll get it printed properly and have a band of paper or vellum to wrap it up with the recipients name on it. It's a4 folded twice into DL shape.
Hey Leeds bride did you make your inserts yourself or get them printed?? I have been quoted a price by PDA card and craft but was wondering if I would be cheaper to do it myself? Love your invites x
dont worry hun, mine will be too! but i just keep thinking of all the invites i've ever received i cant even remember what they lool like and they sit in a cupboard until the actual day! i'm trying to think what things guests will remember.... venue, food, drinks, clothes, entertainment and put more money towards these and less for things like invites.
Thank you so much! I put links and descriptions of all the card I ordered on this thread: https://www.hitched.co.uk/chat/forums/t/295686.aspx?PageIndex=2
Oh my goodness all the invitations here look so professional. I am really crafty generally and wanted to include fabric and stitching on mine, but they are very homemade looking because of that. I know no one remembers the invitations but they are going to take me ages and I want people to be impressed! It's too late to change them now - maybe that's why I'm having a wobble! Eeeeks!
These are mine. Sorry about the picture quality, these were my first rough practice one so the normal ones will be a bit neater -
We are going to make ours in the next few weeks (just spent the afternoon ordering bits and pieces for them). Hope they come out as lovely looking as the ones here....
Your invites are awesome! but i was looking at your tickets just and Cambridge is spelled wrong and you should blank out your address because hitched is very google-able you'll have know idea who finds your info
