Can you freeze uncooked food with egg in?

I have just made some burgers and have made too many and they have egg in to bind them. Can I freeze them uncooked?

Yep - as long as you cook it thoroughly when you defrost.

Freezing just puts it in suspended animation - nothing happens to make it dangerous whilst it's frozen. The only warnings about freezing are not to refreeze food more than once and that's only because it's hard to keep track of how long it's been at room temp so how long bacteria might have grown on it. It doesn't inherently make the food dangerous iyswim.
