Can't create the app :(

Hi,

I have put all the information into "Create your app" about 5 times now, each time I get a "loading" symbol tirling round and round. But even if I leave t for over 10 minutes it does not do anything....just keeps showing as "thinking about it".

Is anyone else experiencing this problem, is there anything I can do? (I use Google Chrome....sometimes just over systems stop me from being able to do things on the internet, but Chrome seems fairly universal).

    I've been having the same problem. I've tried using different browsers, and even different computers/laptops. Just gives me the loading spinner. I left it for a while once to see if it was just slow... 2 hours later it was still going! Smiley sad

    Hello fayefleetwood.

    Sorry to hear you are having problems setting up the app. Could you let me know more details of what browsers you are trying please? If you are unsure of the versions can you visit https://supportdetails.com/ and enter your email address and mine (aimee@hitched.co.uk) and this will send me all the details I need to investigate what the problem may be.

    May I ask if the app has been successfully set up at all? If you visit this link: https://www.hitched.co.uk/planner/guestapp/manageevents/default.aspx are you shown your app set up or are you redirected back to the information page?

    Hi Aimee,

    I tried the latest versions of both Google Chrome and Safari, both on a windows and a macbook. The link takes me to a page that gives me a link to "set up" the app. Smiley sad

    Hello again!

    I tried with Internet Explorer and it worked perfectly. Seems like it might be a bug - I know Safari and Chrome use similar webkits... Might want to get the IT guys to have a look into it. Smiley winking
