Card wishing well

nemi, 26 May, 2014 at 23:23 Posted on Planning 0 3

Okay so we have been donated this wishing well to have for people to put cards in. I was just wondering do I need a sign to tell people to put cards in it? And if so what wording should I use? Or is it obvious that the cards go in the slot at the the top?

Thanks

Wow! That's a good sized one!

How about some bunting on it that says "cards"

We have a little card with the word 'Cards' on it which is in the same design as the rest of our wedding stationery.

You can get little signs off eBay I can't remember the exact wording but they are nice you just stick them on the box its basically just a message that says thank you for the cards or please post cards here.

Also I would put some ribbon around it to make it stand out x

I think I would do something to make it clear. You could get the free standing letters from hobby craft (only a few quid each) and decorate them http://www.hobbycraft.co.uk/hobbies/papier-mache/mache-letters-and-numbers I'm planning to do mine glittery gold.
