Our parents are not really flowers people and I think it also leaves out the dads so for both sets of our parents we are getting them a nice photoframe, possibly with some kind of engraving, with an IOU for a pic of their choice from the TOG pics. Bridesmaids will get their jewelery, best man and ushers not sure yet but prob a bottle of something.

    Hi there

Jewellery can double up as a thank you gift and neccessary jewellery to wear on the day.

My personalised bracelets are really popular for bridesmaids.

Or my earrings start at £5 and pendants start at £11

    Hi,

I'm into sewing and embroidery so I am making these using vintage napkins I found in a charity shop for £2 for four.

I'm changing the wording a little but you get the idea!

Wow that is such a good idea. I'm really liking the idea of the embroidered handkerchiefs - I might try that myself Smiley smile xx

I make mosaics and want to incorporate this in to the wedding somehow. One idea is to give some of the wedding party a handmade mosaic photo frame as a gift, to use for one of the wedding photos....

I haven't decided yet though, I'm not sure if they would like them and don't want people to feel I'm imposing my work on them.....?

Are you kidding? I would LOVE those and even better that you thoughtfully made them! I dread to think what they'd get off me if I made it ?

I'm going pretty traditional with bunches of flowers for the MOB and MOG. FOB is getting a nice pen and FOG is getting a hip flask . . . . hmm reading back over the last few posts seems quite dull now. MIght have to put my creative hat on.

Love the photo frames though - i really appreciate it when people make me things - time is so much more precious than money nowadays
