How ru losing weight for the big day???

    I haven't heard of this, what is it?

    I am doing ww at mo, hav lost 17lb so far, need to loose about another 20lb ?

    It seems to be some kind of slimming programme....comprises of drinks in replacement of some of your daily meals. I dont know if it sounds like a good idea!!

    I'm doing Slimming World and going to the gym to slim for the big day. I've lost 4 stone 9.5lbs in total, 2 stone 6.5lbs of that since January 8th (14 weeks). I posted my inch loss yesterday. See it here.
