I think that's quite reasonable. What would you like to have?

Candy trees! I wanted to have three on each table, different sizes like a tripod in the middle. I can get the sweets quite cheap its the balls and pots costing the most.

Sounds fab. I think that price sounds quite good really. What a great idea!

Are you going to buy sweet tree kits or buy all the stuff separate? We made my niece a mobile for above her bed using polystyrene balls which you can get packs off amazon and ebay (I think they were for a solar system) for a few quid per bag.

Personally I think that's a huge amount of money just for some decorations on a table. I am widely considered to be a massive cheap skate though....

Mine are costing £1.75 each, with 13 tables I think that's more than enough!

Can I ask what you are having then ladies? I have tried to find cheaper alternatives but im struggling. We will only have 6/7 tables so its not that bad.

I don't think it is a lot, especially for that amount of tables. We are having jars wrapped in lace, worked out at £1.50 per table. But the filling of them with flowers has been the pricey bit at £15 per table. I love flowers and think they make a big impact, so was happy to spend that on them! And we have 12 tables! We are using these jars as pew ends too and the florist is going to bring them over before the guests. Feel like we are getting more out if that cost then. I think with sweet trees, these could double up as favours?

We're planning on 6 tables and with simple centrepieces. I have bought frames, photos for inside, tea light holders, tea lights, little wooden signs and vases (just need a bunch of tulips on the day to split between them) which I think has ended up costing roughly £7 per table, it's hard to remember because I've bought everything separately and just picked up random things along the way.

I bought goldfish vases from Dunelm Mill for £4 each, gel crystals were 45p per vase and the flowers should costs around £1 -£2 per vase, the candles were £1.50 each. I'm borrowing the mirrors for the vase to sit on. I'm happy with them for about £8 per table.

    This is my centrepiece inspiration...

Sounds about right - but I guess if you need to shave the budget anywhere the centre pieces is a good area to play around with?!

Thanks ladies. Im now considering whether it would be cheaper to have 3 glasses of different sizes instead so will keep thinking.

I think that is a billy bargain! Mine are candelabra and flowers with tea lights. Around £65 per table! Jeez, I must have been nuts when I chose that idea!
