Centrepieces ~ HELP ~

Any help regarding this would be so appreciated!!! I'm really stuck!!! I have inserted the weblinks for each item in case there are some people who might not know what I'm necessarily talking about but may very well be able to help. I tried emailing the supplier but they are more of a wholesaler and just supply the goodies. They may not necessarily be able to help me.

Floralytes/Diamond Lites/Oasis Sumbermisble Diamonds??????

I'm putting together an ostrich feather display and the vases that are being used are 76cm high. I want to fill these with cystal accents/deco beads in white as I'm trying to mimick a frosted look. Unfortunately my decorator back home cannot obtain the Eiffel Tower vases which is where this look comes from and to import these vases would cost a fortune. We're looking into using Floralytes to insert into the vases along with the deco beads to give it that "glow". However while researching this I came Diamond Lites. My problem is three parts:

1. How many floralytes would be required for each vase?

2. Is it possible to use the Diamond Lites instead of Floralytes? A continuous strand like that would ensure the light is evenly spread but would these be bright enought to work? If so, would we be able to use the 10x Diamond Lites or the 20? https://www.michaeldark.co.uk/index.php?dispatch=_no_page

3. What is the difference between Floralytes and Oasis Submersible Diamonds? https://www.michaeldark.co.uk/index.php?dispatch=_no_page and http://www.michaeldark.co.uk/Category.aspx?categoryname=OASIS%c2%ae+Submersible

I really appreciate any help and thanks so much for your time!!

Sorry can't help but thought I would bump for popssible HIBS.

The only thing I can think of is submersible being waterproof though.
