Changing your name list please

? Ladies (and gents!)

Could some kind Hitcher please point me in the direction of a list of people that I need to inform of my change of name please?

I have suddenly had a burst of organisation fever today and I'm going with the flow... ?

Any help greatly appreciated. x

    Doctors

    Dentist

    Bank

    Driving Licence

    Passport

    Employer. Inland Revenue (obtain your reference and address from your employer). Department of Health & Social Security (write to the Contributions Agency at your local Social Security Office). Doctor. Dentist. DVLC. Passport Office Bank. Building Society (mortgage and/or savings accounts). Credit Card and Store Charge-Card Companies. Finance/Loan Companies. Premium Bond Office. Investment Companies. Companies that you have Shares in. Pension Company. Insurance Companies (e.g. motor, medical, life, property, property contents etc). Mail-Order Catalogue Companies. Motoring Organisations. Professional Institutes and Bodies. Clubs, Societies and Associations. Internet Service Provider (if your e-mail address incorporates your old name, you may wish to change your e-mail address).
