Changing your name - who to inform?

IWantOne, 17 August, 2009 at 14:10 Posted on Planning 0 4

It is rarely that I venture over here these days, but 4 years and 2 kids later I have renewed my passport into my married name. Does anyone have a useful list of all the other companies, organisations etc I now need to inform of my change in name?

Many thanks in advance.
