Cheap Buttons / vintage brooches

minimorecambe, 22 January, 2013 at 11:08 Posted on Planning 0 2

I am making button trees for my centre pieces.
These will be made from cream, brown, wooden, gold buttons and vintage brooches.

I am struggling to find buttons cheaply (I have 6 trees to make).
Does anyone know any places to get these cheaply.

I have tried ebay and they are not really cheap on there.

Thankyou
Helen

My local charity shop did bags and bags of buttons on the cheap, they had a haberdashery specific section though which not all charity shops have. If you manage to find a charity shop that sells buttons or crafts etc., they're the cheapest.
