Christmas wedding 2012 - only just started to plan - advice needed!

Hi everyone,

I need some invites for our Christmas wedding. It is extremely budgeted so I'm thinking £10 specials from tesco. However, I would like to try and encorporate the Christmas theme.

I'm not adverse to using postcards or something - does anyone have some original ideas which are cheap yet still themed? Smiley smile

    Depends how christmassy you want to go - could you cut the front off old christmas cards and then stick the info on the back of the christmas scene?

    I think this is awesome! and totally what I would do - if we were having a Christmas wedding and I thought of it!

    There are lots of budget wasys of designing your own invites. Everyone on here speaks about vistaprint, and we used printcarrier for our STDs

    Hi there

    I found a lovely blank greetings card one day and i used it for my invites( it was actually in the W.R.V.S shop when i was visiting somebody in hospital!) they were only £1.00 each so i asked them if they could order me enough to cover what i needed. I then bought card inserts from the internet and printed them on the computer( i used two different coloured papers, one slightly bigger than the other so that it gave a luxurious feel.....mine was silver with dark lilac) ?

    If you have a printer at home (or work!) you would be able to do them yourself for less than £10.
