Anyone used/using them? They were great when I dealt with them but have not returned 3 emails and I've tried calling. Hoping everything is fine but at 10 days out I need to know they're on board!

I have ordered with them too for my wedding in December and was slightly concerned that they haven't responded to two e-mails I've sent them over the past week. I met them at the NEC at the wedding show in March so I can't see that they will be up to anything dodgy. I'm thinking they may just be on holiday/sick. I'm hoping so anyway! Am going to try and give them a call tomorrow. Have you managed to get in contact with them yet?
