Civil Cremony Readings - who and what you having?

teapotty, 26 September, 2012 at 11:13 Posted on Planning 0 2

Trying to decide who to ask to do readings during our civil ceremony and what to ask them to read. Who are you ladies having and any inspiration for readings? Thanks!

We're having a quite informal ceremony, so my sis is reading 'The One', my h2b's daughter is reading 'Two Doves' & if i'm brave enough, I found a funny Pam Ayres poem which I may do. Not sure if i'm gutsy enough to do it though. ?

We're getting married two days before Xmas, so we're going to ask the registrar to whip out some mistletoe moments before the 'you may kiss the bride' bit as well. ?
