Sorry, I don't really understand what you mean I think, but have you tried limescale remover?

Yes maybe it is called limescale, it was there before we bought our house and I never managed to get rid of it. Knowing what it is called would help ?

can i get this in supermarket?

If you've got so much that it's forming drops, you'll need to soak your taps in vinegar. You could try getting a wodge of kitchen roll and fixing it onto the tap and soaking that in vinegar and leaving it overnight? Rinse off in the morning and try again the next day.

Perhaps dilute the vinegar 50/50 with water though as sometimes it can be too corrosive for some types of tap

IF SOAKING IN VINEGAR DOESNT WORK THEN TRY LEMON JUICE, SOAK SOME TISSUE PAPER IN LEMON JUICE AND PLACE IN SOME CLIMGFILM, WRAP AROUND THE TAP AND USE AN ELASTIC BAND TO KEEP IT IN PLACE, LEAVE OVER NIGHT AND IT SHOULD COME OFF.

Sorry just realised caps lock was, on, Im not shouting honest!

    WLFs

    White vinegar

    Cotton wool strip

    Small sandwich bag

    rubber band

wrap soaked coton wool around the tap, place a bit more vinegar into small sandwich bag, then wrap this on the tap & tie with rubber band - leave overnight.
