Cloverfield

I've never seen or heard a neutral opinion of Cloverfield.

It's either love or hate (I love it).

Mr Hole is loving it too. Stoopid boys.

It is fucking awful.

Me too. I sat in the cinema looking down with my eyes closed half the time. I could barely eat my nachos! ?

I really liked it, I thought it was good fun.

I think i'd enjoy it if I didn't suffer with dreadful motion sickness..I can't watch normal tv where they follow someone quickly with a camera, I have to look away.

I watched the first 30 minutes or so on a flight to Canada a few months ago.

Then the meal arrived, and I never got round to watching the rest - but I never felt a particularly keen sense of loss either.

I really enjoyed it until it ended. I can't believe they just ended it like that. I wanted more and it seemed very short.

I would have been dissapointed if I had paid for a cinema ticket to watch it.

I thought it was one of the worst films I've ever seen. In fact, I'm not sure I can think of a worse one.

I'm slightly bemused as to why Cloverfield and 28 Days Later are out on Blu-ray - weren't they deliberately shot on crappy camcorders to creat that authentic "you are there" feel?

And if so, what on earth is the point of watching them in high definition - unless it's a cunning scam by distributors to persuade people with more money than sense to pay more for something that won't look any better than a DVD?

Agree about Creep - rubbish - but I loved Cloverfield ?
