Clubs/bars in central london for leaving do

Apologies for the dull thread but I'm leaving my current job and emigrating and am having a leaving party with people from work and can't think of where to go and am hoping for some inspiration.

There'll be about 15 of us - all aged about 30 - I'd love recommendations for maybe a cocktail bar first and then somewhere cheesy - probably ideally covent garden/soho way. Usually we go to cellar door for cocktails (which is fab) and then to tiger tiger (or somewhere equally bad) and am just looking for somewhere different.

Any ideas?

We had a leaving do a few weeks back at Salvador & Amanda. It's a tapas restaurant, (the food is great!) which turns into a club / bar after 10pm with a DJ kicking out some top tunes. We left there and headed to Dirty Martini which was more funky disco.

Otherwise Floridita and Wax Bar are fun.

KB3 - I'll check those bars out - thanks for the recommendations - I just don't want to wondering randomly around covent garden and end up in all the crapest places - especially when I'm supposed to be organising the whole thing!
