I am looking for a good recipe for very moist (almost torte like if that is a valid phrase) coffee cake without chocolate in it - the kind you make using actual cups of filter coffee or espresso. Apparently if you search for coffee cake it just gives loads of recipes to eat with a cup of coffee - not quite what I need! Any recs?
