Personally I think it depends on the time of year your wedding will be taking place, burgandy is quiet a dark, wintery colour, but the others are brighter and more summery.

I originally wanted royal and navy blue, but we decided to get married in the summer so we chose a bright turquoise instead, as we thought it was more summery and the dark colours didn't look right with bright summery decorations.

I think mint green, silver and ivory would work in any season as it can be fresh, light and summery or cool, frosty and wintery.

I really love the colours you are thinking of, particularly mint green!

Also consider the room you will be having your wedding breakfast in and whether they colours will enhance the feel of that room. My friend got married at Rowton Castle and the decor there is dark red with greens and a lot of wood about the place. She initially wanted dark colours in her scheme but when we all went to see the place we felt the whole effect would be too dark. So she stuck with one of her colours but chose a lighter accent colour. You mentioned cream and I think that would compliment Burgundy very nicely.
