I think turquoise will look lovely with ivory. Personally I prefer bold colours as opposed to paler ones as they stand out much more. We're going for cadbury purple but turquoise would've been the second choice Smiley smile

If you use google images lots of moodboards will come up to show you what they look like. I think turquoise is popular at the moment.

Turquoise is very popular at the moment, but sometimes it good to be different? what time of the year are you getting married? The paler colours would look better in spring/summer. I think its down to personal choice, maybe think about what would look best on your bridesmaids, or what are your favourite flowers and are they available to fit your colour scheme?

I really ivory and pale yellow... I am thinking about this colour scheme, but it is very hard to find pale yellows that i like, the stronger yellows are not my cup of tea. Pale yellow is a very calm and happy colour.

Our wedding is going to be ivory and turquoise, so I vote turquoise, but it does depend slightly on the time of year. pales such as yellow and pink are great for spring weddings

Were also having turquoise/ jade green with ivory and silver. Didnt realise it was so popular. I wanted purple originally but our friends nicked it first ☹️

I like the yellow, pale pink and lilac. For the small parts of our day which are colour-co-ordinated, we're having a spectrum of pinks and lilacs. Why not mix it up and go for more than one? I think turquoise would go well with purples. I wouldn't worry about friends using similar colours first- your day will still be totally different and I doubt anyone will think you are 'copying'. Well I wouldn't, I'd just assume you'd chosen a colour(s) you like.
