Colour theme for wedding in Gibraltar.

Mrs-Winslow-To-Be, 27 April, 2013 at 22:10 Posted on Honeymoons & Getting Married Abroad 0

Hi everyone!

Hope your wedding planning is going well!

We have finally decided to get married in Gibraltar as it's quite simple compared to other countries such as Greece/Cyprus as we there isn't any residency requirements and we get to keep our passport and birth certificates in English :-p

So now my next big issue is - COLOUR SCHEME!!!

I'm trying to find some bridesmaid dresses, I have 3 at the moment, 1 blonde, 1 brunette and 1 who changes her hair colour all the time (orange at the moment!) and they are all around 5ft!

Will a maxi dress drown them? Or should I have them in a short dress?

The ceremony is going to take place at a hotel over looking the ocean, so not quite on the beach.

Would love some inspiration! My partner keeps going on at me to pick a colour as we only have 1 year!

Thanks x

    Hi,

    Sounds lovely! Smiley smile

I am getting abroad in Santorini, i went for bright colours seen as its abroad and im nore into brights than pales.

Ive gone for maxi dress's for my girls, 3 in hot pink and one in bright yellow. My colour scheme is Hot pink, like a bright blue and bright yellow.

All my girls are quite short, 3 being about 5'2 and one about 5'4,

Just go with colours that you love, I know yellow and grey is quite popular at the moment as is mint but it depends on what you want. I always think bright summer colour's like lovely abroad.
