Colours and Ideas

Mrs2013, 22 February, 2012 at 12:31 Posted on Planning 0 14

Right ladies -

I am having a little dilema, although wedding is a while off I want to try and pick a color scheme! My venue is very modern with an old fashioned twist! I was thinking everything white as the tables are made up in black and wanted to keep things bright ( without looking black and white theme?! I was thinking white flowers on silver candelabras for the centrepieces.

problem is what colour do I have BM's and otyher minor details - I have never had a favourite colour just pink, but I have looked at thousands of shades and not sure pink is for me Smiley sad

Please help Smiley smile

Don't rule out pink. Bright pink and black work really well, and could give you a really great modern feel to your wedding.

When is your wedding day? Marks and Spencer have a couple of very nice bright pink bridesmaid dresses in their range at the moment, which you might want to look at.

Black and white lends itself to a whole host of accent colours...

We had turquoise, a lovely bright colour!

It is gorgeous! So do you want a bright shade, or more of a pastel?
