Not getting on the cannon, but when we met with the photographer the other week, he had a photo of a couple next to the cannon with the cathedral in the background and it looked great, so we are doing that shot.

This is Castara, the village where we'll be staying. The orange arrow is where we'll be getting married. We're staying in apartments located at the bottom of the beach curve.

Sarah Kay, I ❤️❤️❤️ your wedding shoes!!! (both day and evening, but day ones in particular!) where did you get them, if you don't mind me asking? And are they comfortable? They are just gorgeous.

I really wanted silver ones for the day but couldn't find a pair I liked enough, and the silver ones I have only worn once, the night we got engaged infact so wa going to go for them but I kept walking past the day ones in next and decided I might like ivory shoes afterall. Actually both of them are but the silver ones were bought in December 08 and I think discontinued now. I've searched and searched for the day ones on the Next website but so far no luck, I've not seen them in any other Next either. They were bought in the Fenchurch Street branch though if that helps.

They are comfortable, not too high, heel not to thin, don't dig in anywhere. I'm yet to wear them in properly though.

The resort is actually a little village in Tobago (caribbean) called Castara. We've booked direct with the people there for the apartment and wedding so we know our money is going towards the local economy rather than some 'fat cat' organisation iyswim.

Ok - after a good nosey at everyone else figured i best post what i have got (or what i want to get and just not got round to!!) Some of the pics arn't the real ones but doing this has made me realise how much i haven't officially srted even tho i've decided on it (if that makes any sense) lol

centre pieces - will also be sat on mirrors and have red glass beads in base

flowers will be the deep red. My bouquet will be simillar to this but have long bear grass tails with crystals and beads

This is simillar to how i want my hair, messy up do (ish) with pearl pins and maybe a comb (have to see how much it grows first)
