Computer Help please, anyone?

Someone has helpfully altered the settings on my PC, the view is now so large that I have to scroll right to view a page in its entirety, which is really annoying! How do I get it back to normal?

    Depending on what's been done either:

    hold down ctrl & turn the scroll on your mouse

    or

    click on your background/desktop, select properties, then settings, and adjust your screen resolution
