Hi, just having a last minute panic! We gave notice and paid in full for registrar last September for our wedding this weekend and I haven't hears anything since! Is this usual? I sent all the ceremony choices and music etc a month ago. i was just laid in bed last night having a panic that we'll all get to the venue but no registrar will turn up to actually marry us

Yep, I would ring them to confirm. I'm sure there will be nothing to worry about, but at least your mind will be put at rest!

Mind now at ease, I managed to get in touch and we're in the diary. I just wondered really if the lack of contact was usual, I suppose if we'd given notice later it would have been less weird but as we gave notice and paid almost a year ago so it seemed a long time without hearing from them
