Confused with shoes

owlalice, 2 February, 2014 at 21:25 Posted on Planning 0 3

I know some brides have 2 shoes. Heels for the day and some more comfortable shoes for the evening. But what happens to the dress? Does it drag on the floor in the eve? Do you wear your heels for the dress fittings and have the dress altered for the heels? I would like comfier shoes in the eve, but not sure how the dress will work?

It usually drags on the floor because you are past caring ?. Most dresses have the option to bustle them up too.

My dress is being altered to go with my 'day shoes'. This is what you'll be wearing for the majority of the day & IMO the most important parts of the way.

I have bought some plimsoles which have a slight wedge sole but I think my dress will still drag a teenie bit. Not an awful lot I can do about it though.

Mine are being altered to my day shoes and if my feet get sore towards the night I'll just deal with it at the time ? I've only 3inch heels anyway so won't be much of a difference!

Exactly -- by then your nephews will be under it - on it- in it, along with flys, twigs and leaves.
