If only my feet would a) fit in those, b) not scream at me for sticking them in those and c) manage to carry me more than two steps without collapsing under the strain then I'd most definitely be acquiring a pair for my dwindling collection.

If you can wear them comfortably and if you'll still be loving them in 20 years when you look at your photos, go for it! If not, get them anyway and wear them for the rehearsal dinner or on your honeymoon (Any excuse really. Can you tell I'm not really cured!?!)

People at my wedding are expecting everything of mine to be pink - I have said I am going to get a paid of pink shoes and people have said that doesnt surprise them.

My only regret so far (apart from not losing anohter half a stone!) is that i got ivory shoes when i really wanted turquoise ones - i listened to everyone else and should have stood my ground and now its too late cos my dress is the perfect length in my current shoes (which i absolutely love but still wish i'd got some bright ones!)
