Crafty question (read: needy)

I used glue dots for our ribbon - found that worked really well... if its thin ribbon you might want the micro dots... thing Mr Tesco stocks those too...

After spending many hours battling with a glue gun, then going and spending silly money in a craft shop on a glue that the lady told me would be ok, I found the best thing to use that wasn't visible through the ribbon was a double sided tape. You can get it in different widths and I found it held really well. I was lucky enough to get some really cheap when Woolies was closing down but I don't think it would be too expensive anyway.

Glue spots work really well and there's no risk of it dripipng anywhere onto your clothes!

I second the double sided tape its great for crafty things, the problem i always have with glue is that i get it on my fingers or a little bit spills over then it ends up on the front of the ribbon and it just looks a mess. good luck with ur invites i'm sure they will look fab by the time ur finished

Double sided tape for me too! Although not before I'd tried out various glues and got myself in a right mess!!
