Creme Brulee...

Gah, why can't I ever cook creme brulee? It won't solidify and the cream was too fatty and, argh...

Anyone got a recipe that actually stands a chance of working?

    I always use this one and I've never had an issue. It's really quick as well as it doesn't require making a custard first.
