Right Becci, i went to my profile, forum preferences, options, turned off email notifications. think that worked!!(fingers crossed)

Right...I've clicked on options under the forum choices and turned of the notifications - it said it could take 10mins or so to come into effect when I did it.....let's see how we get on!

Maybe it is working, think it may have taken a few mins to take effect. I was just being impatient.
