I have kindly (or stupidly) offered to make the wedding cakes for my brother-in-law's wedding in September. They would like little cupcakes but the ones I have test-tested with them they don't like!

I can't seem to find any more receipes online, i have used the goodfood ones (which are the ones they don't like).

Does anybody have any tried and tested receipes, that I can borrow?

I don't have one off hand but I knor Rachel Allan made some lovely looking ones in her recent Bake! series, I think there's a book too.

I can give you the english quantities translations if ytou like but these are truly good every time! I even made them dairy free and it didn't affect the taste...

These are fabulous and soooooooooooooo easy to make

/recipes/romantic-rose-cupcakes

I don't bother doing the fiddly flowers for the top, I just put a few dolly mixtures on the top over the frosting, they look fab and people like picking them off to eat.
