Well, we wanted it wintery but not Christmassy as we thought people would have enough of Xmas for the following days LOL, as we're getting married on the Friday before Xmas (23rd).

I have posted some time ago a thread with all the moodboards but here they are again - our wedding theme is Narnia meets Winter Woodland, with Table Names from Narnia (Narnia is Top Table, then Aslan, Pevensie and Cair Paravel):

3 weeks to go for me!! I'm freaking out a bit, but i reallly only have deposits and gifts left to buy now. it's all a bit surreal. i can't believe next week is December!!!! How are you getting on?

I know, feels the same here! A bit nervous as we're missing a small chunk of money we need for final payments... Otherwise just like you say, can't believe next week is December either and that a week tomorrow I'll be on my hen do!

Not long for us now twinnie!!

All our final payments are starting to fall due which is exciting and expensive at the same time!

I keep looking out of the window at the time we will be leaving the church and thinking about how much light there is for photos lol!

OH is on his stag do this weekend so am finishing off our mini stocking favours and home made table plan...apart from that, all done!

Where did the year go, eh?

Five weeks for me! Has been a bad week as my Dad's been ill but got some good news last night. So it's ceremony organising this weekend!

Nope! Not long at all!

Same here and I am panicking as we're coming out £600-odd short as OH lost his job earlier in the year and not managed to get anything else since so the money we were saving from his wage towards the wedding is missing!

My Oh and I have our Stag and Hen do on same weekend - next one - 3rd Dec!

With 4 weeks to go we have had MORE bad news from the venue but hoping it will sort out in the end... rather stressed right now as that is not what I needed on my plate right now:

- waiting for 29 Nov app to find out results of biopsy taken at the beginning of Nov during a hysteroscopy

- waiting to hear about work sorting out mess with my new position (the Project I was a Communications Manager on has now finished and the good news is everyone still has a job - we've been placed in other project roles but they made a mess with mine, placing me in a role that would mean 5 hrs travel each day and due to my workplace adjustments to do with diabetes and post-op with my shoulder etc, i can't do that)

- waiting to hear from venue who have first extended their Xmas festival forgetting about our wedding and the fact that it was sold to us on exclusive use of the venue - they then offered us an upgrade as redress and now it looks like they sold us the bird on the fence as the redecorating of the ceremony room they offered us as redress may not be finished in time for the wedding and we've already gone and paid and given notice again when they advised us of the upgrade (as it's a different room so different licensed venue in the eyes of the Registrar)!!! Meeting with them next Tuesday!

They were done by our very own HIB (Hitcher In Business) Natalie Roderick aka Inspire Me Designs. She is brilliant. I told her I wanted to incorporate a photograph my hubby to be took (he's a nature photographer) into the design and this is the design we chose after she did lots others for us to choose from. She can't be beaten for price either!!! I have emailed her with a link to your post! If you like exactly that design, my hubby has given Nat copyright permission to use it in her designs so...feel free!!! ? xxx

I'm doing well so far for organisation stuff.

Only problem really is I have to give final numbers this friday and im still short off about 30 rsvps grrr!!! (fellow nhs staff waiting for stupid off duty!!) but I just saw that I actually have a good luck thread!! I dont know why as I dont post often, its really made my night!!

I'm still hoping for a date twin as I dont seem to have one!!

Anyone else getting a bit tetchy about it all yet though?

Well 3 weeks today I will be married and actually am feeling really nervous not sure why, just thinking of all them people staring at me OMG!!!

Still got to sort out loads and I thought I was organised I will have to try and do a flash of everything soon x

Not long now and i seem to be very calm - i don't feel nervous or worried or overly excited yet???Hope this is normal!!

This weekend we packed everything up ready to take to the venue on friday. Also packed our honeymoon stuff so i think thats about it! Just to collect the kilt and dress this week and have a manicure
