Decoration/colour help..

Our furniture is similar and we have everything else white, i.e. white walls and paintwork, off-white curtains and bedding. saying that our bedroom is very light and with full length patio doors/balcony so is very airy and this works well. If I want a bit of colour I'll accessorise with a throw/vase/candle or similar.

meant to add that our bedroom is fairly small so keeping it fairly neutral as described and with minimal clutter makes it feel much bigger and airier than it is.

I would go for an off white colour on the walls or a white with just a hint of colour. Chalky downs is a lovely colour. I have it in shade 6 in my living room and will be doing the bedroom in that colour. it looks like white until you see it next to the white skirting and its a couple of shades darker. Or the darker shades are nice too.

White bedding. With plum accessories, a plum throw on the bed or vice versa. If your bedroom is big enough a plum colour on one of the walls would be lovely. i just think, duck egg blue has been done to death, i do love the colour though but (maybe its just me) but everyone i know seems to have it, probably why i've went off it slightly.

I always forget about throws and stuff for the bed, so yes, agree that to add colour i could do tat.
