    Thanks everyone :o) They're honestly so easy and massively cheaper than having invitations made.

    Missinkprincess :- I'm actually using pritt stick to glue the lace to the card! I used my glue gun at first but it was drying all lumpy and you could see it through the lace. I really didn't think the pritt stick would work but gave it a try and it's really sturdy. Definitely won't come unstuck. Using the glue gun to glue the satin ribbon onto the lace though. You can actually buy spray adhesive for card and fabric though which is probably the ideal stuff to use.

    Bride2Bmarch15 :- I bought proper gatefold invite blanks yeah. They didn't come folded but they were already scored for folding. Bought everything via ebay and it hasn't cost more than £30/40. I think if you've got the patience and inclination everyone should make their own invites! :o)
