Desperately seeking shoe clips

doodle_pip, 1 August, 2014 at 11:15 Posted on Planning 0 7

Hello all,

I've been driving myself mad looking for shoe clips for my Rachel Simpson Eva shoes... I don't really want to spend a fortune on them as they are only fo rour legal ceremony, which is just me, my partner and two friends rocking up at the registry office. Want to spend the money on the 'real' day a week later.

So, I thought I would post here and see if anyone has any ideas, or maybe has found a great source of affordable shoe clips on their travels. You never know! Smiley smile

All the best,

J

Try Pretty Pink Toes - I've just ordered some from there.

Ebay has tons of relatively cheap ones (just type in shoe clips) if you are looking for something fairly basic like these:

    http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Handmade-Ivory-Satin-pearl-Diamante-Bow-Shoe-Clips-for-bridal-Wedding-Shoes-/181411273224?pt=UK_Charms_Wristbands&hash=item2a3cf45a08

Etsy is your best bet if you want something a bit more unique and handcrafted or the link cymruangel posted.

Thanks for all the suggestions, guys! I checked out etsy but haven't found quite what I am looking for, unfortunately... Instead I've bought some old clip on earrings on a whim, have no idea if it'll work.?

I was going to suggest clip on earrings. You might need to glue some felt over the back of the clip so it doesn't rub your foot.
