Does anyone know anything about East Allington, South Milton or Kingsand and Causand?

Need to distance to beach and if they have decent pubs.

Many thanks, this is turning into a nightmare!

Kingsand and Cawsand are both beaches really (the village is right on the beach for both as I recall and one at least has a really good pub right on the beach).

I know of the other 2 but couldn't tell you anything useful about them.
