Laura_Lee, 26 February, 2009 at 22:30 Posted on Planning 0 15

As title really, just looking to order something and remembered a thread about a hitched discount?

Thanks!

Gee I must be psychic!!....? i haven't had much time to hitch lately but thought I would pop on tonight and saw this post!!

The answer is I give 10% discount on orders over £40.00. Just type in Hitched at the check out and click on Apply, make sure you put the capital H in Hitched to make this work.

So sorry I have not been around much lately, I feel a bit out of touch with all the new ladies. I stayed away for sometime because Hitched was so slow but it seems tons better now.

Happy wedding planning to you all.
    Christine xx

Thanks Christine. I need an umbrella so will be ordering soon but won't be over £40 anyway. How is your new grandchild doing?

Laura I've got 13 weeks on Saturday. I'm enjoying planning slightly more since some of the fun stuff has started like having RSVP's and make overs but still can't say I'm loving it and will be very glad when it is over and my life gets back to it's normal hectic self instead of insane hectic!

    How are you getting on?

    xx

Glad to hear it PG! Such a shame when you are miserable doing it. I'm doing okay - feels like we are getting a bit done now. Food tasting tomorrow! Then we can get the rsvps/info sheets printed and send the invites in a few weeks... Time seems to be going so fast!

Mmmmm yummy food lucky you. We don't get food tasting sessions! ?

Time isn't half flying by now, I'm still waiting for Santa to arrive because surely Christmas isn't over already and we aren't actually nearly into March of 2009!!

I TOTALLY know what you mean! I think I'm actually waiting for summer to start. LAST summer.

I think we should advise all the new b2b's one of the questions they need to ask when viewing venues is 'do we get a tasting?' ?

My favourites without a doubt (apart from sticky toffee which is better than sex ?). No point in the apple pie as I don't ever eat any of my 'one a day' so certainly not spoiling a dessert with yucky fruit!

Grandson Ollie is doing really well now, had a bad start with gastric reflux but much better now. I am impressed that you remembered!! Thanks so much for asking!

I have some new parasols going up on the website - hopefully by Monday so you might want to wait and see those before ordering. 13 weeks for you is not long - will fly by now!!

    xx

I have a terrible memory but when babies are involved I always remember! Poor wee thing with gastic reflux that must have been extremely sore for him.

Thanks for the tip, I'll wait until Monday. Are they nicer than the Italian Romanelli Frilly Parasol Umbrella. The colour of these looks great for my dress.

    Thanks Lnsey x

The gastric reflux was a BIG nightmare, especially for Rachel who didn't sleep for nearly 3 weeks!! He was in such pain with it, ended up in hospital but now has some magic medicine!!

The new ones coming on Monday are more lace parasols so nothing like the frilly ones. I found those frilly ones on another website being sold as designer umbrella for £151.00!!! What a mark up!

Oh decisions decisions! I saw similar umbrellas for those silly prices as well so quickly stopped looking elsewhere. I'll wait until Monday and see the lace ones but would the lace get ruined if it was raining?

Poor Rachel, I think I would have collasped with no sleep for 3 days never mind 3 weeks. You'll need to show us a picture of him. x
