dim food hygiene qu - hazel?

We roasted a load of veggies y'day and hardly ate any - they went in a tupperware in the fridge whilst still warm. was going to use them today, but events have conspired against us and MrF wants takeaway - will veggies still be ok to use tomorrow?

    I think the veg would be fine, but i thought that as a general rule you should avoid putting warm food in the fridge and should wait for it to fully cool down before you put it in? Something to do with raising the temperature of the fridge/other food stuff in there...

    Use 'em, no problems. And yep, food should be [ideally] quickly cooled before putting in a fridge, rather than lurking in a warm kitchen for a while. But in reality ...
