It's been ages since I've visited this lovely purple place but I do seem to remember from my "previous life" as a regular hitcher that there were lots of extremely good chefs / domestic goddesses that I'm hoping are still around and won't mind helping me get inspired!
I'm hosting a Murder Mystery Dinner for Halloween on Friday. 14 of us in total. Obviously I don't want to spend half the night in the kitchen away from all the action, but I still want to cook up some tasty dishes. Can anybody give me ideas for some fairly formal dining dishes that I can prepare ahead of time (ideally)?
