It was going to be our version of Nandos (chilli & garlic chix drumsticks, rice, salad & 'slaw) however MrKB forgot to get the chicken out. I'm packing tonight for our weekend away so it will be whatever he can find in the freezer that is suitable to cook from frozen, or jacket potatoes.

If H comes home then it'll be a seafood spaghetti dish. But if he goes out for a curry with his work colleagues then it'll be veggie burgers and oven chips for one! ?

'special' sausages from the butchers. I think they're lamb rogan josh if I remember rightly. With mash, obviously...

    Sounds good to me. ?

I'll probably have curry though. Maybe chocolate fondant afterwards if I can be bothered. Wine definitely.

We had some very yummy chicken tikka and salad wraps.

I am really into cooking off a huge chicken at the moment and using it for several meals - after the first day, it's so easy and quick. We had a free range, corn-fed heiffer from [whisper] Asda [/whisper] this week and dare I say it, it was far nicer than anything I've had from the butcher lately.
