So, what's cookin?

I had Wagamamas last night so unfortunately no take away tonight. It'll be grilled curry chicken, rice and a yummy salad.

    A rather boring pasta bolognaise, followed by melon.

    I just made a huge tray of peanut butter flapjack to freeze for the small one, and I am doing my best to ignore it!

    Home made lemon chicken with rice and prawn toast, sui mai and char sui buns from the chinese supermarket. All washed down with a mix of wine and beer depending on what we can find in the house!

    Just off to play tennis so something requiring little attention or able to be made by my oh when I get back. Choices are:

    Rainbow trout, new pots and veg

    Dusted cod, new pots and veg

    Prawn and new pots curry (sauce from jar)

    We had breadcrumbed pork loin with jacket potato and homemade coleslaw was yum even though I didn't have an egg the crumb mix still stuck!

    Bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs. Beans with mine and OH had bread and butter
