Probably just bread and cheese as I'm in a can't be arsed mood - may stretch to jacket potato with Gorgonzola ?

We didn't have pizza last night because I bought loads of deli meat, salad and soft rolls yesterday, we ate that instead.

So, tonight is Dominos night, Mr Hole has been fighting with a new kitchen sink all day long and could probably eat a scabby horse.

Slow roasted pork, roast potatoes, sweet potatoes, courgettes and peas.

I really wanted digestive biscuits with a ton of brie, followed by a slab of G&B's chocolate. Ho hum.

Homemade meatballs in a tomato onion & garlic sauce served with spaghetti.

It's the first time I've ever made meatballs so I'm anxious as to what it will taste lik. It certainly smells good. Just waiting for the spaghetti to cook.

Parmasan chicken wrapped in proscuttio with roasted carrots. I'm keeping it light as, for pudding, I've cooked a treacle sponge which has expanded to the size of a small country while its been steaming!

We had roast pork too. I bought a big joint from our lovely butcher this morning. Tonight we had it with a pile of roast veg and my new favourite potatoes - crispy roast charlottes with the skins on. I've made a vat of apple sauce so tomorrow night it will be some home-made spelt rolls, leftover pork, sauce and salad. Yum!

I'm about 15 minutes away from tucking into home made fat free chips. Going to be boring and just have bread and butter with them. Then I've got a low fat rhubarb crumble (also home made) and low fat custard (from a tin) for dessert.
