Tonight in the Moonshine household is fillet of beef marinated in garlic, red wine and soy sauce, with mash pots, green beans and fresh carrots!

Can you tell my mum's been round? ?

What delights are you guys having?

I am rushing round like a madwoman tonight, mostly sans Mr P.

This calls for a fish supper. Lovely whiting in crisp batter and masses of chips. Squeeze of lemon and it will be llllush.

    That sounds scrumptious Moonshine ?

On the menu Chez Dooby will be pork casserole with onions, apples and a hefty glug of cider ? served with some sort of potatoes.

If I have my way it'll be Spaghetti Bolognese and garlic bread, if OH gets his way it'll be Old El Paso Tacos.

    Ooo-some lovely sounding stuff.

I`m being very adventurous and making tapas, with stuff we bought in the market in Barcelona at the weekend. so we`re having patatas bravas, goats cheese, apple and spinach toasts with serrano ham, and chorizo, roasted pepper and butterbean salad. Whether it`ll come out as good as it sounds is a different story.

We're having Kefta tagine tonight. Spicy meatballs, tomato sauce and a fried egg - is it any wonder it's one of my faves?

    Wow some lovely sounding dinners...

Mr IP has learnt how to recreate restaurant style curry - So last night was King Prawn Puri, Bombay Aloo, and Pilau Rice. Tonight's masterpiece is Prawn Biriyani, Bombay Aloo and Chapatti.

He has his own apron now... ?

MrQ made bacon, pine nut and spinach pasta. He forgot to rinse the spinach, so we had some grit in there too.

    Livened it up a bit...!
